At some places in Malaysia you'll bound to find some hawker stalls selling local food by the roadside. I can assure you that most of these stalls are clean. So, you don't have to worry about having diarrhea.

Langkawi Island
Pictures don't lie. Langkawi Island is one great place to have a good blissful rest with your beloved family. What I love about the island is definitely none other than for its beach. It is clean and not many people were there...It's almost like having your own private beach. And of course, for the love of food...I just love its reasonable price and excellent taste seafood. If you were happened to plan your next holiday trip in Langkawi...don't forget to have your dinner at The Orchid Ria in Pantai Chenang. You won't regret a single cent. Ohh..for the chocolate lovers, please bring some extra $$ as you might need it to splurge your $$ at its duty free shopping center.

Leaving On A Jet Plane
Yup...I went somewhere recently. Not to a very far far away distant of a country. I went to an island in Malaysia. A very beautiful one with very nice beach, white sand, blue sea and blue sky what else could you ask for. (And cheap tickets that I managed to grab from MAS cheap air ticket promotion about three months back!). I will post some of interesting pics of the island here soon. Meanwhile, these are the pics of KL International Airport and also a pic of a very colorful row of seats of MAS airline jet plane boeing 737-400 (If I remembered correctly...that was the number...I think).

Barbershop
For a simple nice haircut, fast, a bit of neck and shoulder massage...it costs only around RM8.00. And guess what...for other extra services, they also do nostril hair trimming and ear wax cleaning. Yup..I kid you not! They really do those stuff, but of course you got to pay for that extra services. And according to my friend, he felt almost like a spoilt King for having someone doing them for him. Yahh..King of the longest nostril hair and 10pounds of ear wax :P

Bukit Bintang
The very busy Bukit Bintang Road. One of the shopping heaven's in Malaysia. It's all you can find here. From high-end stuff to the bargain stuff.
The very famous Planet Hollywood is also situated here. A shopping mall which caters for high-end shoppers named Starhill is interconnected to JW Marriott Hotel. Just across the Starhill, there is a new mega shopping mall called Pavillion which I love the shops at this mall so much. OK..what else? There's another shopping mall called Lot 10. For the bargain price stuff you may shop till you get insane, it is a must to check out Bukit Bintang and Sungei Wang Plaza. For cheap IT, handphone and photography stuff take a walk to the Low Yat Plaza. You'll get crazy over there that you might end up begging the shop owners to open their shops 24hrs a day.
Food? You kidding me? You won't have any problem in this department. Food is everywhere. Cheap and there's so much of varieties. Malay food, Chinese, Indian, Italian, French, Japanese, Korean, Middle East...lots of them :D

Smart Tunnel
This six-kilometer road tunnel links Jalan Tun Razak and Jalan Davis to the Kuala Lumpur-Seremban Highway (which leads to the south of Malaysia). If you were to drive here you will notice that they placed several warning signs from the entrance till the end of the tunnel saying that you'll be photographed if you were to drive beyond the speed limit. Which I positively think they already have got a collection of pictures of my face saying 'cheese' or maybe a word of offering friendship/respect which is 'peace' laying on their office table right now.

Anywhere For Prayers
This picture was taken at one of the North-South Expressway rest area where we would stop here for a quick nap, bite, prayer and of course to pee :P. And some of us the photo freaks, would take this opportunity to snap some interesting pics and enjoy the view that some people just seem couldn't care less to appreciate it.

Celebration
I saw this family in Malay traditional outfit. They were wearing the same color and I find them cute. They were on their way to the Johore Minister's Open House to celebrate Eid Mubarak.

The Green Packets
During Eid Mubarak...those very famous green (well..most of them are green) packets are the one of the reasons our kids love its celebration. Why? Because it contains money, that's why. And during this financial crisis period...not only kids love them, we, the adults are beginning to fall in love with them as well. Hey!...Any green packets for me? OK..I'm not fussy..I'll take any colors.

Fish Spa The 'In' Thing Now
Get them to nibble your feet for 10minutes at RM5 and what do you get from it? Supposedly it cleanses your feet by savoring every inch of your dead skin cells and it improves your blood circulation. Go and try it yourself!
Notes: Prices may vary depending on the location. The one in the photo is located at Ampang Point.
Beauty Saloon
Hair, manicure, pedicure, body scrubbing, facial..these are no alien terms for Malaysian women who have become a compulsive beauty freak. Well, that includes me of course. But I'm not like some of them who have the luxury of time (and money, of course) to beautify themselves from head-to-toe everyday.
I'm a hair person. I'm quite particular with my hair. I get my hair done every once a week at least. Price is reasonable. Wash and blow plus head and neck massage which only cost you between RM25 to RM30.
So funny that this is me that I've become. I remembered very well, many years back, I'd only do my hair on special occasions; other than that I didn't see the point to make myself look nicer. 'For what??' I would question. But now it has become a weekly activity of my life.

The Compulsory Items At Every Local Restaurant
Yup...these are the items that you would find on almost every table in our local restaurants here in Malaysia. Item #1) Soy sauce or 'Kicap' (pronounced as 'key.chup'). Item #2) Ketchup or mostly known as Tomato Sauce (we don't usually call it as ketchup here or else it would be mistaken as the item #1). Item #3) Pepper and; item #4) Chili sauce (the most popular and trusted brand here will be no other than 'Kimball'. Gosshhh...Kimball has been around for yearsssss. Seriously...I think, we worship Kimball like 'the God' to all other sauce brands in Malaysia).
